Our Recyled felt pads are made from sandwiching 10mm recycled felt and foam together. Kersey wool blanket is used on the bottom layer which goes against the horse and the top layer can be many different fabric types. Kersey wool, canvas, patterned fabrics. Pad thickness squashes down to around 12mm when saddle is cinched up. We have given them a very contoured backline so the pads naturally sit up in the channel of the saddle limiting the chance of any pad pressure on the withers.
Spine length of these pads is 29 inches and genuine leather is used for the wear patches.
Personalisation of these pads can be achieved with laser engraved or embroidered patches or embroidery directly onto the fabric.
